Privacy policy
Draft: to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
What we collect
Your email address and sign-in details (through Clerk), your 18+ confirmation and its date, billing records (through Stripe; we never see your card), your API keys (checked by one-way hash; an encrypted copy is kept so you can copy a key again from your dashboard), and a usage log of each tool call: which tool, when, its credit cost and which key or connection made it.
Picks and results
We record the picks our tools show you (the game, selection, price and type of tip) and settle them against official results.
Feedback
When you react to a pick or tell your AI assistant about a bet, the assistant may pass on a short summary in its own words and whether the reaction was positive, neutral or negative. It isn't asked to include quotes, names or other personal details. You can turn this off at any time from your dashboard; after that nothing more is stored.
Why
To run your account, bill you, enforce fair-use limits, detect abuse and decide future pricing; and to measure how our picks perform and train and improve the analysis behind them.
What we don't collect
We don't receive the conversations you have with your AI assistant. We only see the tool calls it makes, their arguments, and any feedback summary it passes on.
Where it is stored
In a database in Sydney, Australia (Supabase), with account services from Clerk and payments from Stripe, which may process data overseas.
How long
Account and billing records while your account exists and as required by law; usage logs for as long as needed for billing and abuse monitoring.
Your choices
You can see your usage in the dashboard, revoke keys, cancel your plan and ask us to delete your account.
